In August, the Guangdong Provincial Science and Technology Department and the Foshan City Bureau of Industry and Information Technology announced a new batch of eligible enterprises in terms of investment subsidies for technological transformation, electricity subsidies, and technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises in the database. There are more than 10 sanitary ware enterprises that received more than 23 million yuan of various awards.
Among them, 9 sanitary ware enterprises received technical transformation of fixed asset investment subsidies of 12.93 million yuan. 4 sanitary ware enterprises received technical transformation projects of 10.51 million yuan, and 3 sanitary ware enterprises received subsidies for electricity.
In addition, there are a number of sanitary ware enterprises selected for the list of small and medium-sized enterprises of science and technology in Guangdong Province, and the second batch of intellectual property rights in Foshan City, such as the list of excellence. Some of the enterprises can enjoy a 75% pre-tax deduction rate for R&D expenses.

On August 3, Foshan City Bureau of Industry and Information Technology released the list of projects to be awarded for 2021 industrial enterprises’ investment in fixed assets for technological transformation. Foshan Kohler Co., Ltd, Foshan Hegii Sanitary Ware Co., Ltd, Arrow Home Group Co., Foshan Jiajia Sanitary Ware Co., Ltd and other nine sanitary ware enterprises are listed, a total of 12,931,300 yuan of award subsidies.

Technological transformation projects received awards of 10.51 million yuan
On August 17, the Foshan Bureau of Industry and Information Technology released the list of selected projects for the 2022 provincial-level special enterprise technical transformation funds to promote high-quality economic development. Foshan Hegii Sanitary Ware Co., Ltd, Foshan Hegii Dahui Sanitary Ware Co., Ltd, Foshan Hegii Kaleidoscope Sanitary Ware Co., Ltd, and Arrow Home Group Co., Ltd. were among the four enterprises with five projects, which received a total award amount of 10.512 million yuan.

The list of science and technology SMEs in Guangdong Province to be enrolled
On August 24, the Department of Science and Technology of Guangdong Province released the list of the seventh batch of science and technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises to be inducted in 2021. Here a total of 33 bathroom enterprises were selected, including 21 in Jiangmen, 8 in Foshan, 2 in Zhongshan, 1 in Guangzhou and 1 in Dongguan. It is understood that science and technology-based SMEs will enjoy a 75% pre-tax deduction rate for research and development expenses. Among them, the manufacturing enterprises R & D expenses plus deduction ratio increased to 100%.
